Public Relations Team
Henderson County EMS's Public Relations Team focuses on community outreach and education. The team does everything from teaching CPR to the public, to providing education on warning signs of heart attacks and strokes, and information for prevention of injuries, and more.
The team also sends representatives when requested for events like Touch a Truck or Show and Tell for schools, camps, church groups, community and civic organizations. The team also provides representatives for career day events at local high schools and community colleges. The goal of the PR Team is to educate the community about the mission and capabilities of Henderson County EMS, our resources, capabilities and what to expect in the event of an emergency. This team also provides education to equip the community with skills and information to help recognize the need for EMS and how to handle certain emergencies before EMS arrives.
