Men's Health
The Henderson County Department of Public Health provides preventive health care for men and adolescents. If you have questions or concerns about your health or sexually transmitted diseases or birth control, we can provide these services in a comfortable, confidential setting. Most clinics, screenings, and prevention are based on a sliding fee scale and are available by appointment.

Family Planning
Men are eligible to receive family planning services. Family planning services are confidential and provided to anyone who desires assistance with postponing or planning pregnancy. Medicaid and some private insurance policies are accepted. The Medicaid Be Smart Family Planning Program is available to eligible men. Click here for an application.
Sexually Transmitted Diseases & HIV
The clinic offers confidential testing, treatment, and advice to anyone who is concerned about the possibility of exposure to HIV or a sexually transmitted disease. Patients receive counseling, treatment options and prevention methods. There is no charge for this service and some treatments are available free of charge.
