Diana Curran, MD, Medical Director
Dr. Diana Curran is the Medical Director of the Henderson County Department of Public Health. She is a family physician and faculty member with the Hendersonville Family Medicine Residency Program. In addition to patient care, Dr. Curran teaches and performs a wide variety of administrative services for the health department.
Dr. Curran graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1993, and completed her residency at the MAHEC Family Medicine Residency in Asheville. She has completed a fellowship in Faculty Development at the UNC School of Medicine and earned an added certificate in Community Preparedness and Disaster Management from the UNC School of Public Health.
Dr. Curran is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, biking, paddling, cooking, reading and traveling.
