To annually review the needs of at-risk juveniles and the resources available to address their needs, to submit a written plan of action for the expenditure of juvenile justice funds to the Board of Commissioners for approval and submission to the Office of Juvenile Justice, to evaluate the public awareness of the causes of delinquency and strategies to reduce the problem, to develop strategies to respond to, and treat, the needs of at-risk juveniles, to provide funds for services for treatments, counseling, or rehabilitation for juveniles and their families, and to plan for the establishment of permanent funding for delinquency prevention services.
Regular Meeting Schedule: Monthly on the 4th Thursday at 8:30 a.m. in the meeting room at Hendersonville Police Department - 630 Ashe Street.
