Henderson County Burning Ban in Effect

Due to hazardous fire conditions an outdoor burning ban is in effect for Henderson County as of March 2, 2025 at 12PM. Under authority of the Henderson County Code, Section 78-16.1 all outdoor burning is prohibited in areas within 100 feet of a structure.

The Henderson County burning ban shall remain in effect until conditions improve and the ban is cancelled.
