94-29. Official Record.
The official record of the hearing shall include:
- Notices, pleadings, motions and intermediate rulings.
- Questions and offers of proof, objections and rulings thereon.
- Evidence presented.
- Matters officially noticed, except matters so obvious that a statement of them would serve no useful purpose.
- Proposed findings and exceptions, if any.
- Any decision, opinion, order, transmittal or report by the hearing officer presiding at a hearing and by the Board.
