42-167. Buffer Determination

Buffers will be determined by identifying the zoning districts of adjacent land use(s). Table 5.1 outlines buffers required between zones. Where the property shares a boundary with more than one (1) zone, the width of the most intense buffer shall be required along the perimeter of the area to be developed; however, the plant materials required shall be calculated and placed based on the respective applicable buffer.
