Requests Board approve the chronic violator notice, which, if the violation is not removed within the upcoming year, will allow Henderson County to contract to remove the nuisance violations

J.       NC DEQ Water Resources Development Grant Resolution for Kunz Farm Park Application

Requests the Board adopt a resolution supporting the grant application to the NC DEQ’s Department of Water Resources annual Water Resources Development Grant for matching funding for Phase 1 costs of the Kunz Farm Park project

K.    Budget Amendment - Walk of Fame Steering Committee

Requests the Board approve a budget amendment to transfer $1,500 from Fund Balance to be used for the    Walk of Fame Steering Committee

L.     Cane Creek Water and Sewer District  - October 3, 2016 Minutes

M.   Cane Creek Water and Sewer District  - Proposed Agreement with Fletcher Academy (FAI)       Mud Creek Interceptor Project, Phase 2

      Requests the Board approve the engineering agreement with WGLA Engineering for the Mud Creek   Interceptor Project, Phase 2 for $265,000
