Request the Board approve the Public Records Disposal Request presented in accordance with the County’s Record Retention Policy

L.     Beaver Management Assistance Program

Request the Board approve Planning Department Staff sign the Beaver Management Assistance form, electing to participate in the program for the 2017-2018 year

M.   Proclamation – 2017 Pollinator Month

Requests the Board adopt a Proclamation designating the month of June 2017 as Pollinator Month

N.    Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grants / Juvenile Crime Prevention  Council County Plan FY 2017-2018

Requests the Board approves the JCPC recommendations for both the FY 16-20 Annual Plan, and the distribution of the FY 2018 Juvenile Crime Prevention Program funds

P.      Exercise of option to purchase real estate

Requests the Board exercise its February 6 2017, option with Hunting Creek Associates LLC to purchase the real property located at 1008 Fleming Street

      B.  Engineering Agreement with WGLA Engineering, PLLC - Norafin Sewer Extension Project

             Requests the Board authorize the County Engineer to execute the proposed Norafin Sewer Extension agreement with WGLA Engineering, PLLC for $22,800

C.     Resolution to Consolidate

Requests the Board adopt a Resolution to consolidate Cane Creek Water and Sewer District into Municipal Sewage District of Buncombe County in accordance with HB 764 as presented on April 24, 2017
