      Requests the Board allow the Heritage Museum to conduct sales on the Historic Courthouse grounds

      Requests the Board approve an amendment to the bylaws, changing the meeting dates

E.      Register of Deeds – Request to Use ROD Restricted Funds for Automation, Enhancement and Document Preservation

      Request to approve budget amendment to use $20,777 in ROD Restricted General Fund Balance

F.      Revision to Fee Schedule:  Add Roofing Shingle Recycling Fee at $35 / ton, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund

      Requests the Board approve the revision of the FY15 Solid Waste Fee Schedule to add a fee of $35/ ton for Roofing Shingle Recycling

G.     Designation of Plat Review Officers

      Requests the Board adopt a resolution appointing a new list of plat review officers for Henderson County

H.     Staff Organization of Offices of County Assessor and Tax Collector

      Requests the board appoint an Assistant Assessor, and a Deputy Tax Collector

I.        Inter-local Agreement with Hendersonville on secondary 911 public safety answering point

            Requests the Board approve an inter-local agreement with Hendersonville

J.       Non-Profit Performance Agreements

      Requests Board authorize the Chairman to execute funding agreements authorizing the release of the first of the aforementioned agencies’ quarterly allotments

K.     Emergency Debris Site Agreement - WNC Ag Center and Buncombe County

            Requests the Board approve the three party agreement between Henderson County, Buncombe County and the Western North Carolina Agriculture    Center for use of the Center’s parking lot as an emergency debris site

C.     Request by Greater Asheville Regional Airport Authority (“GARAA”) to acquire Henderson County land

            Requests the Board grant its approval to the acquisition by Greater Asheville Regional Airport        Authority of the land described in the documents attached to this agenda item.

D.     Engine Compression Brake Discussion

      Requests the Board discuss the issue of compression brakes along Highway 64

E.      Selection of Next Community Plan
