Update on the County’s preparations in response to Ebola concerns across the nation

B.     Requested approval of revised fees and billing codes for clinical services and environmental health

Requests the Board approve the requested fee changes for clinical services and environmental health as recommended by the Henderson County Board of Health

CLOSED SESSION as allowed pursuant to NCGS 143-318.11 for the following reason(s):

  1. Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(3), to consult with an attorney employed or retained by the Board to preserve attorney-client privilege.  This consultation is with regard to a specific case, namely In re the Appeal of Property Valuation by AT&T, currently pending in the NC Property Tax Commission.

 

  1. Pursuant to N.C. Gen. Stat. §143-318.11(a)(5), to establish, or to instruct the staff or agents, concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the County in negotiating the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange or lease.

 

  1. Pursuant to N.C. Gen.
