      Routine monthly request for approval of tax releases and tax refunds

D.    Smoky Mountain Center – Quarterly Fiscal Monitoring Report (FMR) for the quarter ended June 30, 2014

      Routine quarterly update from Smoky Mountain Center

E.     Temporary Moratorium on Road Name Changes

      Requests the Board enact a ninety day moratorium on changes in road names already accepted under the County’s Property Addressing Ordinance

F.      Service Badge and Sidearm Request – Master Deputy Dean Jackson

            Requests the Board allow Sheriff Charles McDonald to present the service badge and sidearm       as a token of appreciation to Master Deputy Dean Jackson

G.    Use of Courtroom – Heritage Museum

      Request by the Heritage Museum to utilize the Courtroom on October 16, 2014

H.    Petition for addition to State Road system

      Requests the Board approve a petition for Rugby Knoll Drive, to be forwarded to NCDOT

I.       Communications Equipment Purchase Contract

            Requests the Board approve an agreement to purchase and install radio equipment

J.       Use of Courtroom – Court of Appeals

Requests the Board allow the Court of Appeals to use the Commissioner’s Meeting Room from October 20 – 24, 2014.

K.    Meeting Room for the Board of Adjustment

Requests Board to allow the Board of Adjustment to use the Commissioner’s Meeting Room on August 27th, for their regularly scheduled meeting.
