A. Resolution – Concerning the limitation of voting Board Members on area mental health authority boards

Requests the Board adopt a Resolution, requesting the General Assembly amend §122C-118.1, removing the limitation of twenty one (21) members on area boards

B. Henderson County Public Schools – Construction Project Planning

Requests the Board allow the Henderson County Public Schools to redirect $127,363 in budgeted funds for construction project planning

C. Discussion of Board Chair Rotation
