Information about accessing the collection:

The physical collection is housed at the Henderson County Public Library and consists of more than 35,000 glass plate negatives, acetate negatives, and photographic prints. You can view the digital content on this website by selecting "Search the Collection". Information about requesting copies of images:

Images from the collection are available for personal or educational non-commercial use. When requesting images, be as specific as possible and complete the online request form. Print out and sign a Conditions of Use form. In some cases, we may ask for a signed Conditions of Return form. Requests for images can take between 2 and 4 WEEKS to process. There are fees associated with requests. See the fee schedule for those that would apply.

Any display, publication, or public use must receive permission from the Baker-Barber Collection, and Community Foundation of Henderson County. Copyright retained by the Baker-Barber Collection as stipulated by United States copyright law.
