SET QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING – Application #VR-03-01 for Vested Rights

Fox Glen Planned Residential Development    Glade Land Fund, LLC

Chairman Hawkins stated that the Board was looking at February 16th for that new special called meeting.  He had checked with Mr. Campano (the petitioner) this morning and that date was acceptable for him.  That date allows staff ample time for legal advertisement.

Chairman Hawkins made the motion to set a public hearing for February 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board meeting room to continue the Quasi-Judicial proceedings in the matter of vested rights application #VR-03-01 submitted by Glade Land Fund, LLC for the Fox Glen development which was originally convened on January 14, 2004.  All voted in favor and the motion carried.

Chairman Hawkins reminded the Board that the Clerk had some evidence available for review in her office that Mr. Campano presented at the prior meeting.  The Clerk will copy some of it and place in the Commissioners’ mailboxes. The rest of the evidence is available for review in her office. Any parties to the proceeding can also review the evidence in the office.

Commissioner Young stated that if anyone in the audience was present for the hearing, due to the misprint in the Times News, he apologized to them for the mistake.  Staff had called the Times News to try to get a correction printed.

Chairman Hawkins made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 12:34 p.m.  All voted in favor and the motion carried.
