STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA MUD CREEK WATER AND SEWER DISTRICT

COUNTY OF HENDERSON JUNE 19, 2002

The Mud Creek Water and Sewer District Board met for a regularly scheduled meeting at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners= Conference Room of the Henderson County Office Building at 100 North King Street, Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Those present were: Chairman Bill Moyer, Vice-Chair Marilyn Gordon, Commissioner Grady Hawkins, Commissioner Don Ward, Commissioner Charlie Messer, County Manager David E. Nicholson, County Attorney Angela S. Beeker and Clerk to the Board Elizabeth W. Corn.

Also present were County Engineer Gary Tweed and Assistant County Attorney Jennifer Jackson.

Action

Commissioner Hawkins made the motion that the minutes of the District Board from the April 17, 2002 and June 3, 2002 meetings be approved. By the following vote the motion carried: Five in favor, none opposed.

Commissioner Hawkins made a motion to approve the draft minutes of the June 19, 2002 (that were prepared in advance of and in anticipation of this meeting) and authorize the Clerk to the Board to fill in all blanks as appropriate. By the following vote the motion carried: Five in favor, none opposed.

Adjourn

As the final action of the District Board, Chairman Moyer made the motion to adjourn the meeting. By the following vote the motion carried: Five in favor, none opposed.
